Our different forms of collaboration

Fulltime Kids Office
Most of our clients use our full-time package. This means we design, implement, and continue to implement all the specialties listed above from the very start of our partnership. We do this for both new and existing childcare organizations.

Parttime Kids Office
For anyone who's nervous about running their office entirely through Kids Office, we offer the option of handling one or more of the services listed above. We'll provide a portion of our services, but we're still available five days a week.

Out of office Kids Office
Is your organization experiencing a (temporary) staff shortage due to illness or leave, or are you working on a larger project (such as opening a new location)? Then our interim partnership might be right for you! We'll temporarily handle (part of) the work for you.

Hosting door Kids Office
For childcare organizations that already have an office or prefer to manage their operations themselves, we offer hosting. You can use our software, and our technical support is available if needed. We can also handle a complete initial software implementation for you.
